THE ROLE OF PHYSICAL AND SPORT ACTIVITIES IN THE FORMATION OF A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE OF LIFE OF EMPLOYEES OF RUSSIAN FISINESS CENTERS

This article describes the main sports events held in training centres of the Federal penitentiary service of Russia and the procedure for their implementation. The main purpose of this article is to identify the impact of sporting events on the formation of motivation to healthy lifestyle of the staff of the training centres of the Federal penitentiary service of Russia.
