Abstract
Morphological manifestations of compensatory and adaptive processes in multipara placentae depending on a topography remain not studied. A high specific gravity of multipara in a number of regions Uzbekistan, the larger frequency of complications of pregnancy, childbirth and high perinatal incidence and mortality at them testify to need of an in-depth study of a problem a lot of birth.
