Abstract
Introduction: Neck pain,with radiating symptoms down the arms can decrease functional usage of arm and increases dependency for daily activities. Cervical radiculopathy among geriatric population could further be imposing significant functional limitations and disability. Aims and objectives: 1.To analyse efficacy of myotome based exercises in a patient with cervical disc lesion.2.To evaluate the impact of PNF among cervical disc lesion. Methods: Subject with complains of cervical disc c5, c5 lesion treated with exercise technique of all the muscles innervated by c4 and c5 for 12 weeks of thrice a week duration.
