Abstract
The Theory of Constraints (TOC) of Eliyahu. Goldratt introduced the term ‘throughout efficiency' (effectiveness of a given company‘s activities appraised by the final result). The basic premise of the theory is that concrete elements of a given system may be ineffective locally which is not critical for the company. By the same token, this approach is true of time management in implementing a project at hand: each specific project may not necessarily be within the time frame set. The major goal of the project manager is to complete the project on time.
