Abstract
Infrastructure development has boosted the demand for construction materials in which cement happens to be on top spot. But the negative side of this is cement industry generates the maximum amount of carbon dioxide. The global cement industry contributes about 7% of greenhouse gas emission to the earth's surface. As cement is produced from natural resources, it is important that these materials should be preserved for future generations. calorific value, therefore it could be used as a fuel before using its ash as partial cement replacement.
