THE THREATS OF INFORMATION SECURITY OF THE RUSSIAN ADMINISTRATIVE-JURISDICTIONAL MEANS

This article focuses on threats to information security in Russia and its opposition. The examples of judicial practice. Special attention is paid to the information sphere, as this sphere is the backbone factor of social life, actively influence the state of political, economic, defense and other components of the security of the Russian Federation. In turn, the national security of the Russian Federation also strongly depends on information security, and in the course of technical progress this dependence will increase. These factors determine the significance of this information.
