Abstract
The article author examines and analyzes the system of motivation temporary staff carrying out their labor activities under the contract. Particular attention is given to methods of material and non-material motivation of contractors used in the Irkutsk branch of the Russian telecommunications holding company, which provides services under the brand «Dom.ru» and «Dom.ru Business.»
