Abstract
A retail company should be focused on the final customer. The result that a retail company is interested in is a final customer wishing to come back to the company one more time and take his friends with. Will a company get this result depends on the sales staff. Customer communicates with the sales staff and his decision to come back to this company or not depends on the staff. Sales staff will make customer happy as soon as human resource management make the sales staff happy.
