Abstract

The study presents the analysis of mechanisms of achievement of satisfaction of stakeholders with the quality of higher education through the use of the theory of social partnership in educational activities of the University. Analyzes in detail the scheme of the practical realization approach to the full social partnership on the level of marketing Department of Luhansk national University named after Taras Shevchenko, the implementation results allow us to state the success and usefulness of using the technology of social partnership, as part of the system of quality in higher education. It is proved that quality system must ensure continuous improvement of educational services and to focus on customer satisfaction.
