Abstract
Nowadays, the appearance of the young generation on the labor market leads to the need to transform and adapt teaching methods and approaches, as the younger generation of employees, have a completely different system of values, interests and tactics of behavior in contrast to their predecessors. This article examines a personnel training tool as gamification, and why this learning tool is the best perceived by the new generation.
