INVESTMENT AND INNOVATIVE MANAGEMENT ACTIVITY OF THE ENTERPRISE IN THE CONTEXT OF FORMING CONDITIONS OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

In article are shown the theoretical questions concerning the definition of the economic essence of the concepts of investment, investment and innovative activity and its management. The different interpretations of investments were generalized into a single systematic definition. The components of the system investment and innovative management activity, that are necessary for a successful implementation of the business strategy have been described at macro and micro levels. Further the purpose and main tasks of investment management activity of the enterprise were considered. The principles that serve as the basis for successful management of investment and innovative activity of the enterprise were described. The general functions of management of investment activity of the enterprise were analyzed. It's indicated that the investment activity of individual enterprises affects the country in a whole. The investment attractiveness of the transport and road complex of different regions of Ukraine was investigated. It's reviewed the level of investment attractiveness of the regions and it's given practical advice on investing in this case.
