PARTICULAR QUALITIES OF LEGAL CAPACITY OF A PERSON IN ADMINISTRATIVE DELICT RELATIONS

The article deals with the study of the legal capacity of individuals, given its definition, role and features in administrative-tort relations are defined. The study includes such elements as "legal capacity", "capacity" and "delicacability", defining their categorical definition and features in accordance with the administrative and tort-pleasing nature of the relationship. The necessity of the undivided presence of all these elements for establishing the legal personality in administrative and tort relations is substantiated.
