Abstract

The article substantiates the necessity of analyzing the process of forming the social maturity of students in the educational process of higher agrarian educational institutions from the position of the system approach. The theoretical approaches to the definition of the concepts «model», «modeling», «system analysis», «pedagogical modeling» are analyzed. The basic requirements to the development of models are revealed and the author's model of the formation of the social maturity of students of higher agrarian educational institutions is proposed. Structurally functional model of the social maturity of students of higher agrarian educational institutions has the following components: predictive-analytical, methodological, motivational-target, volitional (energy), content-operational, control-productive. A brief functional characteristic of the components of the structural-functional model is given.
