Abstract

The work examines topical issues of use of special knowledge in investigation of crimes in sphere of economic activities, Special attention is drawn to the presence of special knowledge in the field of Economics individuals producing the investigation/inquiry in criminal cases in this sphere. It is emphasized that special knowledge help to hold the qualification of the offense, the rational use of forces and means in the investigation of economic crimes.
