COUNTERACTING FAVORITISM AS A FACTOR IN THE BRACING OF THE MODERN RUSSIAN ECONOMY

The purpose of the article is to substantiate the need to improve the general economic conditions of citizens' livelihoods, to uncover the negative role of favoritism, which hinders the development of new ideas and thoughts for solving the country's problems, the relationship of favoritism to the processes of bureaucratization of management, to reveal the importance of the culture of society in ensuring the efficiency of bureaucracy and containing the manifestations of favoritism as factor of destruction of processes of formation of able-bodied collective of the economic organization.
