Abstract
Management features are considered by the technological process of heat treatment of metal on a machine-building enterprise. An analysis is conducted methods of multicriterion optimization in the conditions of vagueness. The mathematical model of determination of parameters of quality of technological process of heat treatment of metal is offered. The features of the use of Pearl-Reed's logistic curve and theories of fuzzy sets are described for determination of entry parameters of technological process and his parameters of quality. The algorithm of calculation of integral index is presented as a compromise level of quality of technological process of heat treatment.
