Abstract
In this paper, the effect of CMOS scaling on analog block technology is considered using the example of a low-noise amplifier (LNA). To construct the LNA, a cascode amplification scheme with inductive negative feedback was taken. Modeling is carried out in CAD Advanced Design System (ADS). The studies were carried out on three technological processes of the company TSMC: 250nm, 180nm, 130nm.
