The archive of a writer and poet O. Rozumienko in the fonds of the Institute of Manuscript of V. Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine

In the article we have attempted to dispose the life path of a Ukrainian writer, poet and journalist Omelian Rozumienko, whose original works are practically unknown to the general public. Based on the fond documents, systematized, explored and accepted for state record at the Institute of Manuscript of V. Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine, we managed to reconstruct O. Rozumienko's biography and his creative achievements. Presented to science are his poetic and narrative works, as well as the acute and urgent publicistic writings.
