Abstract

This research is aimed on the foreign counterpart of the trust agreement in Russian law - trust. I this work the author will try to evaluate the chances of introduction of this Institute in Russian law, discover historical path of trust formation in the countries – founders and make comparative analysis of specified designs which have already been taken by some countries of European law.
