ANALYSIS OF THE CONCEPT OF SOCIAL AND LABOUR RELATIONS UNDER ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGES

Issues related to the emergence and development in economics of the concept of social and labor relations in the conditions of organizational changes are considered. It is alleged that representatives of various scientific schools laid the theoretical and methodological foundations of research in labor economics and social and labor relations. The author believes that the use of traditional theories of social and labor relations does not provide an opportunity for effective under-standing and regulation of changes in the social and labor sphere in today's globalized economy.
