VALUE CHARACTERISTICS OF LAND RESOURCES AND WAYS OF THEIR IMPLEMENTATION IN THE ECONOMAC TURNOVER

Land resources are among the priority in sustainable development of the State as a whole and its administrative divisions in particular. Their substantial involvement and integration in most areas of operation, positioning as a factor of productive forces and significant for the sustenance of the population provide an opportunity to consider these unique resources and key to the country. The current situation in Ukraine revealed that land resources are gradually drawn into the economic turnover. In such circumstances, the land resources acquired traits and abilities to generate market value. They have gradually become involved in the activities of the individual sectors of the economy and contribute significantly to the development of business processes. Thus, the extensive use of monetary signs associated with new, innovative approaches. As experience shows, the most common today is the conversion mechanism of land resources in the capital believe the activities of the trust funds and securitization, which should be based on reliable data for the integrated assessment of land resources.
