Abstract
In this article, the author turns to the problem of determining the legal nature of the factoring contract. The article analyzes the approaches to the qualification of this agreement existing in science and jurisprudence, posed a number of problems in this area and gives possible ways to solve them. Attempts have been made to separate this type of contract from loan contracts, sale contracts, and provision of services contracts.
