Abstract
So, changes of indices that characterize the process of adaptation, cellular responsiveness of organism, reactive response of neutrocytes of peripheral blood and general responsiveness which are associated with general immunologic responsiveness correspond to the first stage of immune disorders, use of specific medications is not prescribed and only provide monitoring and use psychotherapeutic and physical activities of rehabilitation to improve the quality of life of children with specific needs. The method of physical exercises for children was used, plans including age, sex with indices of disorders were developed for rehabilitation of teenagers with vision pathology aged 10-16 years. The first stage of this method was to establish the influence of rehabilitation activities on absolute and relative number of the main populations of immunocompetent cells of peripheral blood. Firstly, the influence of these activities determines the pathology of vision of all teenagers and after that this definition is established on boys and girls partially. Testing of complex method of physical rehabilitation was done in secondary special boarding school № 23 (headmaster is Kotliarov M.V.) of Sloviansk under medical workers supervision (29 boys and 35girls were involved in the investigation). Medical workers took blood tests for lab investigation of children. The aim of the investigation was to study the influence of use of developed method of physical rehabilitation on cellular responsiveness and immunologic responsiveness of children who have vision pathology and they are 10-16 years old. Results. Made complex of rehabilitation activities affects positively some indices of absolute and relative number of main populations of immunocompetent cells in children with vision pathology influences. The important fact includes decrease of relative number of unmatured stab neutrophils on 12,76% and tendency to decrease of relative number of eosinocytes on 22,73%, of absolute number of segmented neutrophils on 7,41%, and also decrease of erythrocyte sedimentation rate on 34,70%, that defines decrease of inflammatory processes in children's organism with vision pathology. Made physical training activities in children with vision pathology who are 10-16 years old assist in not only increase of absolute number of erythrocytes on 15,98%, and also hemoglobulin on 4,07%. It was established that performed activities of rehabilitation influence on absolute and relative number of main indices of immunocompetent cells and erythrocyte sedimentation rate positively. Made complex of activities with girls who have vision pathology affect the activation positively of macrophagal system of increase of relative number of monocytes of macrophages on 17,48% and absolute number of these cells on 7,89%, and decrease of absolute and relative number of unmatured forms (stab neutrophils) of microphagal system on 33,33% and on 22,12% respectively. Conclusions and prospects for further investigation. So, development of complex of physical training in children (boys and girls) with vision pathology affects indices of absolute and relative number of main populations of immunocompetent cells positively and also absolute and relative number of monocytes of macrophages decreases, erythrocyte sedimentation rate decreases, absolute and relative number of stab neutrophils decreases, and also state of health and life quality of children with vision impairment who are 10-16 years old improve.
