Abstract
Professional career officers of the Armed Forces is closely connected with such components as decision-making (team, management) on a particular manifestation of situational combat situations in the course of military service and features for professional purposes. The amount of information that gunner is able to accept and process at a certain time is important to assess its performance, and to determine the reliability of a combat operation in adverse quality indicators of employability of future officers determined resistance and memory and concentration. The purpose of the article is to determine the impact of the pilot program on the dynamics of adverse performance of professional activity of students-gunners. Material and methods. As part of the system of physical training of military educational institutions forming pedagogical experiment conducted approbation of technology acquisition aimed artillery cadets (n-47) military applications of motor skills. With the population of freshmen who entered in 2011 to study in military educational institutions selection was conducted two study groups, one of which - control (CG - n = 24), and another - experimental (EG - n = 23). Memory investigated by giving the task of 10 numerical series, consisting of 6 unambiguous numbers. The stability and concentration assessments were determined through the method "confused lines." To characterize the CG and EG and detection performance difference obtained using methods of mathematical statistics. For three and a half year trial period with representatives of the CG and EG held training sessions according to the program of discipline "Physical training, physical training and sport." In general, differences in the number of classes and types of physical training was not. However, these studies were conducted EG accordance with the content of the experimental curriculum developed using methodical research of influence as directed acquisition technology military applications of motor skills. Comparative analysis of adverse performance of professional performance of members of the studied samples ascertained the presence of false differences in the early formative experiment in an amount properly investigated lines - by 0.28 correct answers at t = 0,24, the overall result - by 10.27 points at t = 0 12., the number of correct answers - amounts to 0.03 at t = 0,02, resulting percentage of errors - by 0.05% at t = 0,02; Analyzing after forming experiment data, we note that the representatives of the two studied groups there was a significant (p <0.05 - 0.001) improvement in (9.46 - 31.09%) of all surveyed adverse performance of professional efficiency. Thus the students EG level of stability and concentration was significantly better (10% at p <0.05) in the amount properly investigated lines - 1.9 right answer at t = 2,48, the overall result - at 93.19 points at t = 2,29. Comparative analysis of memory samples studied representatives also stated the fact of its credible benefits (15% at p <0.01) in EG, the number of correct answers - the amount at 3,46 t = 2,85, resulting percentage mistakes - by 6.93% at t = 2,85.
