Abstract
Klippel-Feil syndrome is a rare disorder characterized by the triad of short neck, low hair line and decreased range of motion in cervical spine. It comprises of a heterogeneous group of patients with various associated congenital anomalies, who share the common feature of congenital fusion of cervical vertebrae. Here we report a case of Klippel-Feil syndrome with a rare constellation of skeletal anomalies and acyanotic congenital heart disease.
