THE ROLE OF THE TEACHER IN PREPARING STUDENT-INTERNS IN HEALTH-EDUCATIONAL AKTIVITY: COMPETENCE APPROACH

Abstract
The aim of the study was the analysis of characteristics of of the teacher competence approach used in work with students-interns. To achieve these objectives we used theoretical methods of research, study, analysis, comparison and synthesis of psychological and educational, scientific and methodical literature, state educational standards. In the process of writing the author came to the conclusion that training students-interns today is impossible without the fundamental provisions of the competence approach. Indeed, the combination of theoretical and practical problems of the teacher of student interns provides multilevel system of quality learning and students-interns' skills and promotes gradual formation of professional competence is a necessary condition for the preparation of a qualified physician.
