Abstract
The article describes the results of recital stage of research of stereotypes in pedagogical activity of teachers. The author identifies functional and structural-psychological characteristics of stereotypes, like thoroughness, monotonousness, directedness, intensiveness; and they were researched within four areas of pedagogical reality: «attitude to pedagogical profession», «attitude to children», «attitude to parents», «attitude to methods of upbringing and teaching». The received data is analyzed with methods of content analysis, average attribute value, which in total allowed to run the comparison analysis and generalize the indications of relative stereotype expressivity in the area of pedagogical reality.
