Abstract
Lymphangiomas are vascular hamartomatous lesions , comprising of a quarter of vascular tumors in children. Surgical excision wherever appropriate forms the main line of management ,though often complicated by recurrence. We present a case of recurrent lymphangioma of the thigh, managed successfully by wide excision.
