The article describes the contents and the particulars of formation of the bibliographic index "Symon Petliura on Pages of the Ukrainian Newspapers of 1917-1920: Materials for Biobibliography", which publication is timed to the 90th anniversary from the day of death of Symon Petliura, one of the leaders of the Ukrainian revolution, social and political figure, publicist, editor. The index was compiled on the basis of the newspaper publications kept at the Newspaper Funds Department (NFD) of V. I. Vernadskyi National Library of Ukraine.
