Abstract
Legislative regulation of public and municipal purchase has been studied in the work, the last changes of legislation were considered; transition SUE and MUE under the contractual system were considered. The basis of modernization of base the enactment of legislation of government purchase system for increase of efficiency of implementation of its direct responsibilities and competitiveness development by government was analyzed.
