Abstract
The definition of demand and factors affecting the change in its volume and dynamics is an important and indispensable stage in the modern world at the current stage of economic development. Changes in the volume of demand can explain the changes in the economy of the country, as well as explain the "leaps" in the dynamics of demand for a certain product or service. In this article, we consider the basic concepts of demand and the factors that affect it. The types of factors influencing the change in the volume of demand are singled out: price and non-price. The dynamics of the change in demand is analyzed using the example of PVC windows market.
