The dependence of the profitability of freight traffic from system maintenance and repair of vehicles

In the article influence of the system of technical service and repair of cars is considered on the prime price of transportations. It is rotined that from point of prime price of freight transportations there is a necessity to inculcate more progressive system of technical service and repair on the technical state (adaptive system) as compared to the preventive-maintenance system. Preventive maintenance system PM & R does not provide reduced costs to maintain trucks because they do not take into account the actual state of the machine and the dynamics of its changing. Other than that required clarification and improvement of existing methods of calculating the cost of PM & R.
