Abstract
In this study, magnetite iron oxide nanoparticles weas synthase by co-precipitation method, and finally anticancer activity of our synthetic nanoparticles were studied. Synthetic magnetite nanoparticles were characterization by (FT-IR, XRD, SEM, and VSM). FT-IR and show the presence of characteristic peak for iron oxide nanoparticles at 579.67 cm-1and 587.16 cm-1. Also, X-ray diffraction shows the presence characteristic peaks for magnetite nanoparticles. The scanning electron microscope (SEM) image show that, morphology of nanoparticles was spherical, moreover the vibrating sample magnetometry (VSM) reveal that nanoparticles were superparamagnetic and have high magnetization number at 56.871 emu/g. The average size of crystals was 13. The results give good picture for promising future to use the magnetic nanoparticles as a drug delivery system in cancer treatment.
