Abstract

In the article the main aspects of modern systems of personnel management in the enterprise are investigated in modern conditions. The existing theoretical approaches to understanding and interpreting the concept of the organization management system, the interaction of methods and the purpose of management are considered. These are the main factors that make up for the complications of enterprise activity and possible options for their solution. It is proved that in the conditions of development of high-tech economy and rapid aging of professional knowledge and skills, the most important competitive advantage of organizations is the human resource in the form of highly skilled, motivated personnel and professional management. The main goals of the organization, which operates under the conditions of innovation development, are the introduction of innovations in the social sphere aimed at: systematic solution of social problems of the organization, improvement of organizational culture of the enterprise, improvement of the quality of work of employees, through improvement of the managerial mechanism, increase of the level of social responsibility of employees, etc.
