Abstract
The article establishes, that joining key European institutions is a priority task for our state at the modern stage of development. Due to that, in Ukraine, there have being implemented important transformations in various domains, such as: economic, social, political, legal. Therefore, all these processes need continuation of the reformation of national labor legislation. For the implementation of the relevant work in the area of adaptation of national labor legislation, including in the field of vacations to the Якорьlegislation of the European Union requires pooling of efforts of specialists in the field of labor law.
In compliance with the European Union's requirements for labor law reform, in particular, regarding the legal regulation of vacations, it is necessary not only to bring national legislation in line with the European Social Charter, the Charter of Fundamental Social Rights of Workers of December 9, 1989, Directive No. 93/104 / EU of November 23 1993, Directive 2003/88 / EU of 4 November 2003, but also to take the positive experience of European countries in this area.
