Abstract

Parameters of cardiac rhythm variability, obtained in Holter ECG monitoring, in persons with different stages of arterial hypertension (AH) are analyzed. It was found that in patients with stage II AH, in comparison with patients without AH, a decrease in SDNN, SDANN, HF and spectrum power in 24 hours was observed due to the prevalence of sympathoadrenal system activity. In Stage 3 of the AH, vegetative denervation of the heart is formed on the background of dystrophic and sclerotic changes in the cardiac muscle, which reflects the reduced parameters of HRV: CI, SDNN, SDANN, rMSSD, LF, HF.
