PECULIARITIES OF STATE-RELIGIOUS RELATIONS IN THE CONTEXT OF THE SECULAR MODEL OF THE STATE

The article is devoted to the analysis of the essence of the secular state and contemporary problems arising in the relationship between the state and religion. The author singled out the essential features, functions and tasks of the modern secular state in the context of relations with religion in general, and religious organizations in particular, and made informed conclusions on the problem under consideration.
