Abstract
This article aims to highlight the evaluation methods for lands covered by water, as well as the factors which we shall be considered when the valuation report is drawn up to in order to establish tax charges or rents. In a real estate market, the most important condition is for the market to be transparent and the evaluation of lands covered by water involves a thorough knowledge of the physical, legal and economic nature.
