Abstract
Study of the current state of efficiency and environmental legislation, including the management of nature reserves fund the country. Directions improving existing envi‐ ronmental legislation and normative acts and methodological support the functioning of the natural reserve fund, the State Ca‐ dastre its territories and objects.
