Abstract
The article considers the main stages of development of viticulture in the Crimea peninsula: from antiquity to the present day. It analyzes the key events that have had the greatest influence on the development of viticulture and winemaking in the Crimea. Particular attention is devoted to the cultivation of autochthonous grape varieties.
