The main problems of assessment of quality of services of public catering on the basis of «Gap Model» and requirements of GOST 30389-2013 «Services of public catering are considered. Catering establishments». Classification and the general requirements as the quality of service depends first of all on results of a ratio between expectations of the consumer and his real perception.
