AN INDIVIDUAL’S PROFESSIONAL CAREER: THE CRITERIA, THE FACTORS AND THE CHARACTERISTIC PECULIARITIES OF THE STAGES

There were studied the core and content of an individual's professional career as scientific pedagogi- cal issues of the modernity. The scientific theses which the content of the “career” notion focus on were ana- lyzed. There were determined the objective and subjective criteria of the career growth. There were observed the factors of the professional career. There were followed up and described the characteristic peculiarities of the stages which an individual has to get through in the process of his/her own career. There were formed the pro- spects of the further research regarding growth patterns of an individual's professional career
