Abstract
The article reveals the content of akmeological analysis in general, and its application for the management practices of the manager of an educational institution, in particular. It emphasizes the importance of such an analysis for improvement of the efficiency of professional activity, of further self-improvement, self-development and selfrealization of manager of higher educational institution in modern conditions.
