Abstract
Recently, transition-metal-catalyzed diazo compounds X-H insertion reactions used for constructing C-X bond are becoming more and more popular. C-X bond which is not only common in organic chemistry, but also in the drug molecule has a wide range of applications. This review describes several X-H bond insertion reactions and their applications, as well as the difference among various metal catalysts.
