Abstract
A Multibiometric system relies on the evidence presented by multiple sources of biometric information. Most biometric systems that are presently in use, typically use a single biometric trait to establish identity (i.e., they are unibiometric systems). Multibiometric systems address the issue of non-universality (i.e., limited population coverage) encountered by unibiometric systems. There are various basic criteria for Multibiometric security system: gait recognition, voice recognition, palm recognition, face recognition, iris recognition, fingerprint recognition, vein recognition. From these two main approaches are used in this: Fingerprint and Eye Iris. These two unibiometric systems results in multibiometric system giving more security to the users.
