Abstract

Studies found that the highest technical and economic performance of beef production is obtained by carrying out the complete production cycle. Here is achieved the rhythm of production, the most complete utilization of the genetic potential of animals, feed management and high productivity. The complexes of this type you can get the young, the average live weight 432 kg at 14 months of age. Thus, average daily gain over the whole cycle of growing and fattening is 992 g, fodder consumption per 1 kg growth is 5.8 feed units.
