DEVELOPMENT OF PUBLIC PARTICIPATION OF CITIZENS IN THE BUDGET PROCESS OF MUNICIPAL ENTITIES

This article deals with the problems of public participation of citizens in the budget process of municipalities. The ways of citizens' participation in the budget process and the desire of municipalities to involve citizens in participating in this process (on the example of sites of different municipalities by several criteria) are analyzed. The necessity of active interaction of the state and the population was revealed and justified. Based on the study conducted by the authors, it is proposed to standardize the resources provided on the budgetary process of municipal entities in the whole country by a certain list of possible items that will help create a standard design for the provision of information.
