Abstract
The analysis of works devoted to the investigation of various methods of hardening and finishing processing shows that they make it possible to achieve an increase in wear resistance of parts of friction pairs operating under different conditions. The article describes the main methods of reinforcing the machining of parts to improve their wear resistance and reliability.
