Abstract
During these last few years, researchers focus more and more on global performance management, as businesses should own more sophisticated systems that will enable them manage their global performance. Many studies have been led to establish an "overview" of the practices adopted by companies. In Morocco, these practices are still unknown. Thus, it would be interesting to investigate these practices at the level of Moroccan SMBs. Through the results of a study that covered 97 Moroccan SMBs, this paper tackles the practices of global performance management and demonstrates that they are diverse by presenting a typology and it aims at explaining how organizational factors influence these practices.
