Abstract

The article defines the sustainable development of the fuel and energy complex. The methodological and practical aspects of the energy trilemma index were analyzed during the research. The directions which are necessary to achieve progress in the energy trilemma were identified. The conclusions were drawn and the recommendations on regulating the fuel and energy complex were given.
